Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree

Minimum 2-3 years of Medical or Optical office management experience

Minimum 2-3 years Retail Management experience

Knowledge of medical software, scheduling, insurance processing and collections preferred

Optometric practice knowledge preferred

Must be a positive, self-motivated individual, that enjoys leading a dynamic team of professionals

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or the equivalent years related experience

5 years of supervisory and customer service experience strongly preferred

Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.

Understands when to route inquiries to next level.

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.

Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
